We're looking for a sharp, reliable People Systems Partner be the engine of our Workday team. You'll keep the machinery behind every People process running excellently – performance, learning, benefits, time & absence, engagement – and grow, deliberately, toward owning Workday modules of your own. If you want a genuine launchpad into HR technology with senior specialists who invest in teaching, this is it. THE CHALLENGE: Execute mass data loads (EIBs) for org changes, regular uploads, annual cycles and corrections – accurately and audit-proof. Run the operational side of quarterly and annual cycles: performance, calibration, talent and compensation review support. Resolve escalated Workday tickets (tier 2) across modules – and fix the root causes, not just the symptoms.…
