Kommunikation & Administration sind deine Stärken? Dann werde jetzt als Portier (m/w/d) ein Teil unseres Teams in Gmünd. Deine neuen Aufgaben: Du wickelst die Warenannahme und Auslieferung ab (Absprache mit dem Verladepersonal, Verwiegung der Fahrzeuge, Ausstellung der Transportpapiere und die Einpflege in das Logistiksystem). Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für externe Besuchende, stellst elektronische Zutrittskarten aus und überprüfst die Sicherheitsunterweisungen sowie Personen und Fahrzeugregistrierung. Du kontrollierst den Personen- und Fahrzeugverkehr an den Werkszufahrten und -ausfahrten und koordinierst die Pool-Fahrzeuge. Du nimmst Anrufe entgegen und leitest diese an die entsprechende Kontaktperson weiter.…
