In dieser Position sichern Sie den rechtskonformen Betrieb der Handelsfilialen in Westösterreich und verantworten die Eigenüberprüfungen gemäß § 82b der Gewerbeordnung 1994, einschließlich der Koordination der Behebung festgestellter Mängel. Sie vertreten das Unternehmen bei behördlichen Überprüfungen, Bau-, Betriebsanlagen- und Wasserrechtsverhandlungen sowie bei Anliegen von Anrainer:innen. Behördliche Aufforderungen und Bescheide prüfen Sie sorgfältig und leiten gegebenenfalls Berufungs- oder Bescheidänderungsverfahren ein. Genehmigungspflichtige Änderungen führen Sie von der technischen Bestandsaufnahme vor Ort über die Erstellung von Einreichplänen und Unterlagen bis zur Abwicklung des Genehmigungsverfahrens.…
