Entgegennahme der Anrufe (Technik, Home,und Medizin) Beratung und Hilfeleistung für unsere Kunden am Telefon computergestützte Dokumentation der eingeleiteten Maßnahmen Kommunikation mit Leistungsträgern weltweit Qualifikation/Das bringen Sie mit abgeschlossene Ausbildung und Erfahrung im Kundenservice bzw. Call Center Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse (minimum B2 ) und Kroatisch fließend gutes geographisches Wissen und hohe Lernbereitschaft Flexibilität und Bereitschaft im 24-Stunden-Schichtbetrieb zu arbeiten absolute Serviceorientierung sehen Sie als selbstverständlich an Grundlegendes Verständnis für die Nutzung von KI Tools (z.B. Chat GPT, Copilot etc.)…
