In dieser Position verantworten Sie die Erstellung und laufende Aktualisierung von Ausschreibungsunterlagen sowie Rahmenverträgen für die Kälte- und Haustechnik im Filialbau. Sie führen nationale und internationale Verhandlungen eigenständig durch und steuern den gesamten Vergabeprozess von der Ausschreibung bis zum Rahmenvertrag. Sie erstellen komplexe Preisspiegel und Wirtschaftsvergleiche, analysieren Angebote anhand technischer und kaufmännischer Kriterien und leiten daraus fundierte Vergabeempfehlungen ab. Durch regelmäßige Qualitätskontrollen tragen Sie zur Einhaltung definierter Standards bei. Sie beobachten Markt- und Preisentwicklungen auf nationaler sowie internationaler Ebene und identifizieren laufend Optimierungspotenziale.…
