Sie tragen die Gesamtverantwortung für den Bereich Payroll & Services mit rund 100 Mitarbeiter:innen und stellen gemeinsam mit Ihren Teams die verlässliche Abrechnung für rund 47.000 Mitarbeiter:innen sowie effiziente administrative Services sicher. Dabei führen Sie Gruppenleiter:innen disziplinär und fachlich und steuern den Bereich über etablierte Gruppen- und Teamleiter-Strukturen. Sie sichern einen reibungslosen Tagesbetrieb, setzen klare Prioritäten und entwickeln die Organisation so weiter, dass Abrechnungsqualität, Serviceorientierung und effizienter Ressourceneinsatz nachhaltig gewährleistet sind.
