Über die Rolle Wir suchen einen Autonomous Vehicle Operations Lead (AVOS), der den täglichen Betrieb von autonomen Fahrzeugflotten (AV) und Robotaxi-Flotten für Testprogramme, kommerzielle autonome Ride-Hailing-Dienste und New City Launches in Europa verantwortet. Als operativer Leader im Depot koordinieren Sie Safety Operators, Depot Specialists, Senior Technicians und SDS Specialists, damit Fahrzeuge sicher, einsatzfähig und deployment-ready bleiben. Sie spielen eine zentrale Rolle für Fleet Availability, operative KPIs sowie den erfolgreichen Launch und das Scaling autonomer Fahrzeugflotten.
