YOUR ROLE - You’ll build a UGC content machine at fonio.ai - Not influencer marketing in the classic sense. Instead: systematic, scalable, data-driven creator management. - You: - Recruit hundreds of micro- & nano-creators - Develop scripts, hooks & frameworks - Manage deadlines, quality & output - Analyze performance data and iterate constantly - Have an eye for what works - Organize payouts & operational workflows - Build processes & tools for creator tracking WHAT TO EXPECT: - Massive scale: We don’t think in 10 videos per month. We think in 400+ per week. - Full ownership: You’ll build this channel from 0 to 1, and then from 1 to 100. - Budget & speed: When something works, we scale it immediately. - Direct impact on revenue: At fonio.ai, content is a clearly measurable growth channel.…
