In Ihrer Funktion als technische:r Leiter:in übernehmen Sie die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines 5-köpfigen Teams und entwickeln diese mit Freude weiter. Sie berichten direkt an die Betriebsleitung Sie planen Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen und Investitionen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Betriebsleitung sowie Geschäftsführung und setzen diese anschließend um Sie gewährleisten die Verfügbarkeit und Funktionsbereitschaft sämtlicher Maschinen und Anlagen innerhalb der hochtechnologischen Lebensmittelproduktion Sie steuern die jeweiligen Wartungsarbeiten und ermöglichen Kostenreduktionen durch optimierte Service- bzw. Wartungsplanung Die technischen Belange des Standortes liegen in Ihrer Verantwortung.…
