Deine Aufgaben als Restaurantleiter:in Du leitest dein Restaurant operativ und wirtschaftlich, mit Fokus auf Gästezufriedenheit, Teamführung und Ergebnisqualität. Du planst Budget, analysierst Kennzahlen und setzt Optimierungsmaßnahmen um. Du führst ein Team von rund 70 Mitarbeitenden, entwickelst Talente und sorgst für ein motivierendes Arbeitsumfeld. Du erstellst Dienstpläne und koordinierst den Personaleinsatz effizient. Du bist verantwortlich für Bestellungen, Lagerhaltung und die Reduktion von Food Waste. Du achtest auf die Einhaltung aller Hygiene-, Sicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards. Du stärkst den Teamzusammenhalt durch offene Kommunikation und regelmäßige Meetings. Dein Idealprofil: Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer Führungsposition mit – idealerweise in der Gastronomie.…
