WAS DU MACHST Als Store Manager Trainee wirst du schrittweise in die Leitung eines Stores eingeführt. Du lernst, wie man ein motiviertes Team führt, ein inspirierendes Kundenerlebnis gestaltet und alle operativen Abläufe effektiv steuert. Dabei entwickelst du gemeinsam mit erfahrenen Kolleg*innen deine Führungskompetenzen und dein unternehmerisches Denken. Immer mit Blick auf Kundenzufriedenheit, Teamwork und kommerziellen Erfolg. Du: unterstützt bei der Umsetzung einer starken Customer Experience im Store und lernst, visuelle sowie kommerzielle Präsentationen nach unseren Standards umzusetzen. begleitest die Analyse von Verkaufszahlen und Budgetzielen und arbeitest gemeinsam mit dem Team an sinnvollen Verbesserungen. hilfst bei der Planung operativer Abläufe und des Personaleinsatzes.…
