Über die Rolle Als R&D Operations Manager:in unterstützt du unser R&D-Team fachlich und organisatorisch bei administrativen, operativen und controllingnahen Aufgaben. Du unterstützt die Koordination, Abrechnung und Dokumentation unserer Forschungs- und Förderprojekte sowie die operative Betreuung zentraler R&D-Prozesse, Reporting- und Kommunikationsformate und Softwaretools. Die Rolle eignet sich besonders für Personen mit erster Erfahrung im Controlling, Projektmanagement, Operations- oder Assistenzbereich, idealerweise im Forschungs-, Innovations- oder Fördermittelumfeld.
