Deine Aufgaben: In dieser Position übernimmst du die Leitung deiner Schicht im Bereich System Logistik. Du koordinierst sämtliche Aufträge, stellst die termingerechte Abwicklung sicher und sorgst dafür, dass alle Prozesse und Qualitätsstandards eingehalten werden. Durch eine effiziente Einsatzplanung nutzt du die Stärken deines Teams optimal und gewährleistest einen reibungslosen Warenfluss im gesamten Schichtablauf. Zudem trägst du Verantwortung für ein sicheres und sauberes Arbeitsumfeld und achtest konsequent auf die Einhaltung aller Sicherheits- und Arbeitsschutzrichtlinien. Du erkennst Optimierungspotenziale in Abläufen, setzt Verbesserungsmaßnahmen um und unterstützt aktiv den kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess.…
