About this job

Du verantwortest die Bereiche Standortentwicklung, Neu- und Umbau, Instandhaltung sowie Filialeinrichtung und gestaltest damit maßgeblich die Zukunft des österreichweiten BIPA-Filialnetzes. Dabei entwickelst du das Filialportfolio strategisch, wirtschaftlich und nachhaltig weiter. Mit einer klaren Standortstrategie schaffst du die Basis für die langfristige Entwicklung unseres Filialnetzes. Du treibst die Weiterentwicklung unserer BIPA-Formate und zukünftiger Standorte voran und optimierst bestehende Flächen durch innovative Layouts, moderne Einrichtungskonzepte und zukunftsorientierte Lösungen. Gemeinsam mit den RIAG-Fachbereichen steuerst du Neu-, Um- und Ausbaumaßnahmen und stellst eine konsequente sowie wirtschaftliche Umsetzung sicher.…
