Sie übernehmen die organisatorische Gesamtverantwortung für die Verwaltung am Standort und stellen die professionelle Abwicklung sämtlicher administrativer Aufgaben sicher. Dazu zählen unter anderem Kundenanfragen, Personalagenden, Kostenplanungen, Statistiken sowie die Terminverwaltung. Sie führen, koordinieren und entwickeln das Verwaltungsteam mit aktuell drei bis vier Mitarbeiter:innen weiter und sorgen dabei auch für die Wissenssicherung innerhalb Ihres Teams. In enger Zusammenarbeit unterstützen Sie den Betriebsleiter im operativen Tagesgeschäft, agieren als dessen verlässliche und diskrete Ansprechperson und wirken bei Projekten sowie personalrelevanten Themen aktiv mit.
