The Global Service Process & AI Enablement Manager - Global Service is responsible for creating, improving and embedding processes across the global service organization that drive results and empower team members. Working across all levels of the business, you will play a key role in understanding and documenting critical business processes, with a specific focus on service performance-related processes. This will require collaborating with team members at the point of impact and across the organization to identify and implement opportunities to improve, while also operating as a change agent to ensure processes and standard work are being sustained and effective.
