We are seeking a dedicated AI and Digitalization Operations Manager (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible on a full-time basis. In this role, you will drive the industrialization of Artificial Intelligence (AI) across AGRANA's operations. You will identify, prioritize, and implement high-value AI use cases and ensure successful solutions are scaled across production sites, delivering measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, energy consumption, reliability, and safety. Your responsibilities: Identify and structure AI use cases in manufacturing operations based on business impact and feasibility. Lead AI pilot projects from scoping to implementation, including KPI definition, ROI tracking and operational relevance.…
