We're looking for a Product Manager who takes ownership of complex, resilient B2B workflows and customer activation from day one. Someone who uses AI as a default part of how they work - and knows when to trust their own judgment. Onboarding is where a customer's own supply chain meets everything we already know. It is the most important moment in the customer journey. You would own that moment: the outcome it produces, the capabilities we give customers to get there, and the journeys we design around it. Customers need to be empowered to get up and running on their own. Customers bring in their own data, correct and enrich it, and understand the capabilities each gap unlocks. They need the tools and capabilities to do this, plus guided workflows to ensure the journey is smooth.…
