Sie steuern zentrale Themen im Datenschutz- und Vertragsrecht, entwickeln klare Leitlinien und stellen deren wirksame Umsetzung im jö Bonus Club sicher. In dieser Rolle prägen Sie maßgeblich die Gestaltung, Verhandlung und rechtliche Absicherung von Partner- und Kooperationsverträgen und stärken so aktiv das Partnernetzwerk. Sie entwickeln Legal- & Compliance-Strukturen kontinuierlich weiter, treiben Risikoanalysen voran und setzen regulatorische Anforderungen – insbesondere im Datenschutz – wirkungsvoll um. Im Tagesgeschäft verantworten Sie die Ausarbeitung und Prüfung unterschiedlichster Vertragsarten und ergänzen diese durch praxisnahe, wirtschaftlich tragfähige Lösungen.…
