Sie beraten Geschäftsführung, Führungskräfte und Fachbereiche zu Fragestellungen aus den Bereichen digitales Recht (IT/ICT) und öffentliche Regulierung / Europarecht genauso wie aus dem Kartell-, Unternehmens-, Gesellschafts- und Vertragsrecht. Sie analysieren und bewerten rechtlich Sachverhalte und bereiten verständliche sowie praxisnahe Handlungsempfehlungen auf. Die Erstellung, Prüfung und Koordination von Verträgen, Gesellschafterbeschlüssen sowie weiteren gesellschaftsrechtlichen Dokumenten erfolgt in enger Abstimmung mit internen und externen Stakeholder:innen. Im Rahmen von Kartellrechtsschulungen, Richtlinien und Compliance-Initiativen wirken Sie aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung konzernweiter Standards mit.…
