APPLICATION AND SERVICE OWNERSHIP You'll own selected Finance reporting and analytics applications across their entire lifecycle and make sure they run reliably, stably and in a user-friendly way. You'll organise operational support, help shape effective service concepts and keep a close eye on performance to spot room for improvement. When incidents arise, you'll drive their resolution and manage escalations where needed. The underlying data and the related business processes will guide your work.
