Im Bereich Valuation Services & Financial Modelling betreut Deloitte namhafte Klient:innen bei der (gutachterlichen) Bewertung von Unternehmen, der Erstellung von Fairness Opinions/Second Opinions sowie bei der Erstellung von Finanzmodellen im Rahmen von Transaktionen, Investitionsprojekten und Finanzierungen. Was dich erwartet: Unterstütze bei der Bewertung von Unternehmen und Unternehmensteilen durch verschiedene Bewertungsmethoden (DCF-Verfahren, Multiplikatoren, Börsenkursanalysen etc.) Evaluiere (Unternehmens-)Transaktionen, Investitionsvorhaben, Jahresabschlüsse und Finanzierungsaktivitäten Erstelle und überprüfe Financial Models zur Unternehmensplanung sowie führe Simulationen und Szenarioanalysen durch Berate bei Kaufpreisallokationen im Rahmen von Mergers & Acquisitions und führe…
