Du unterstützt in unserer Abteilung Data Management die effiziente Zollabfertigung durch die Pflege und Bearbeitung von Sendungsdaten, das Management von Exceptions sowie die Überwachung des Zollwarehouses. Zusätzlich übernimmst du bei Bedarf koordinierende Aufgaben als Stellvertretung des Teamleaders und trägst zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen operativen Ablaufs bei. DEIN AUFGABENBEREICH BEINHALTET Verwaltung, Pflege und Bearbeitung von Sendungsdaten in den UPS-internen Systemen Selektion und Priorisierung von Sendungen sowie Bearbeitung und Aktualisierung von Exceptions und Hold Codes Überwachung des Zollwarehouses und Sicherstellung eines aktuellen Überblicks über alle eingelagerten Sendungen Erstellung, Pflege und Auswertung operativer Reports mit Microsoft Excel und Word…
