Overview As our Customer Care Executive, you will look after yoga, pilates and boutique fitness studios across the DACH market and make sure they keep growing with Eversports. You will join our new Partner Retention team, which supports studios that have been with us for more than a year. Instead of waiting for tickets, you will look after your own portfolio of partners and use data and customer insights to reach out proactively, help them get more value from Eversports and secure contract renewals. As the team is being built almost from scratch, you will also help shape how we work. Working hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week with every second Friday off!…
