Als Customer Operations Expert bei Roche Diagnostics bist du fest im täglichen Geschäftsbetrieb der Auftragsabwicklung verankert und bildest gleichzeitig die Schlüsselstelle zwischen Business und IT. In dieser Funktion bearbeitest du eigenverantwortlich Kund:innenbestellungen und treibst parallel die Optimierung, Digitalisierung und Automatisierung unserer Abläufe voran. Die Position ist vorerst auf 24 Monate befristet.
