Du managest (Teil-)Projekte im Bereich HR-Technologie mit Schwerpunkt auf Core HR, Compensation, Recruiting oder Talent & Performance Management. Du erhebst die Kundenanforderungen und übersetzt diese in die Systemkonfiguration, sowie konzipierst und moderierst Workshops. Du steuerst die unterschiedlichen Stakeholder im Projekt und pflegst das Beziehungsmanagement zu den Kund:innen. Du wirkst bei der Erstellung und Präsentation von Angeboten für potenzielle Beratungsprojekte mit. Du treibst den Wissensaufbau voran und tauscht dich laufend in der internationalen Deloitte Community aus. Qualifikationen Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium, gerne mit Bezug zu HR oder IT.…
