Sie erhalten eine intensive ca. 13-monatige Einschulung am Point of Sale inkl. Jobrotation in den Ausbildungsmärkten, Zentralrotation und Mitfahrt mit Kolleg:innen. In der Zielfunktion unterstützen Sie die Vertriebsmanager:innen und Marktführungskräfte bei der Analyse der Kennzahlen in den Frischebereichen sowie Ableitung entsprechender Maßnahmen auch auf Basis von Qualitäts- und Frischekontrollen in Ihren Märkten. Sie sorgen für die fachliche Befähigung der Marktmitarbeiter:innen zu strategisch wichtigen Schwerpunkten sowie Neuerungen in den Frischebereichen. In ihrer Funktion wirken Sie bei der Konzeption und Erstellung standardisierter Schulungsleitfäden und -unterlagen mit.…
