Deine Aufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten Mitarbeit bei der Analyse, Konzeption und Optimierung von HR-Prozessen und HR-Systemlandschaften Unterstützung bei der Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung von SAP SuccessFactors-Lösungen, insbesondere im Umfeld Employee Central Mitwirkung bei HR-Transformations- und Digitalisierungsprojekten von der Konzeption bis zur Umsetzung Durchführung von Workshops, Anforderungsanalysen und Tests gemeinsam mit Kund:innen und Projektteams Zusammenarbeit mit Expert:innen aus den Bereichen HR Technology, KI, HR-Prozesse, Change Management und Organisationsentwicklung Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Konzepten, Präsentationen und Projektunterlagen Fähigkeiten für deinen Erfolg Must-haves: Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Wirtschaft, Human Resources,…
