Ihre Mission bei uns Sie sind erste:r Ansprechpartner:in bei der Fahrzeugannahme für Reparatur und Wartung Sie beraten unsere Kund:innen kompetent und tragen so zu einem positiven Service-Erlebnis bei Sie fungieren als Schnittstelle zwischen Kund:innen und Werkstatt und sorgen durch klare Kommunikation und gute Organisation für einen reibungslosen Ablauf Sie übernehmen die Auftragsvorbereitung, die Garantie-Einreichung, das Controlling und kümmern sich um die Bestellung der benötigten Teile Sie sorgen für eine sorgfältige Pflege der Prozesse in unseren internen Systemen Nach Abschluss…
