Für unser Customer Success Team Tech & Durables in Wien suchen wir einen Consultant Customer Success Manager (w/m/d). Als Consultant Customer Success Manager sind Sie an vorderster Front bei unseren Kunden tätig und unterstützen bei einem effektiven Projektmanagement sowie der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung Ihrer Kunden. Darüber hinaus agieren Sie als Stimme des Kunden innerhalb der NielsenIQ-Welt. IHRE ZUKÜNFTIGEN AUFGABEN Sie bauen starke Kundenbeziehungen auf und tragen zu einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit bei. Dabei begeistern Sie Ihre Kunden in Einklang mit den vertraglichen Vereinbarungen und beraten diese hinsichtlich optimaler Service-Modelle sowie Self-Service-Ansätze. Durch die aktive Vernetzung relevanter Stakeholder bei Ihren Kunden fördern Sie ein hohes Client Engagement.…
