Im Deloitte-Spezialteam für M&A Tax und internationales Steuerrecht begleitest du spannende und abwechslungsreiche M&A Transaktionen – von der Due Diligence über die steuerliche Strukturierung bis zur Vertragsgestaltung. Darüber hinaus unterstützt du Unternehmen bei grenzüberschreitenden Umstrukturierungen und sämtlichen Fragen des Konzernsteuerrechts und der Tax Compliance. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit dem globalen Deloitte Tax & Legal Netzwerk zusammen und profitierst von einem internationalen Setup, starken Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten und einem Umfeld, das deine individuelle Karriere aktiv unterstützt.…
