Am Standort Wien suchen wir eine ASSISTENZ (m/w/d) auf Vollzeitbasis für den Bereich Grid Solutions. IHR PROFIL Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK, o.ä.) Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse Erfahrung mit SAP wünschenswert Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort & Schrift Hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit, Genauigkeit und Selbstständigkeit IHRE AUFGABEN Sie unterstützen den Bereich Grid Solutions bei sämtlichen Aufgaben. Dazu zählen: Organisation und Abrechnung von Dienstreisen Eigenverantwortliche Bearbeitung der laufenden Stundenabrechnungen Erstellung von Präsentationsunterlagen Organisation von Meetings Durchführung diverser Korrespondenzen Wartung der Sales Datenbank Unterstützung bei der Angebotserstellung für Großprojekte…
