Sie unterstützen die Einrichtungstechniker:innen in allen administrativen Belangen betreffend Neu- und Umbauten sowie Instandhaltung. Sie sind verantwortlich für die Abwicklung des gesamten Bestellwesens und der Auftragsverwaltung. Von Angebotseinholung und Freigabeeinforderung über Verwaltung der Stammdaten und Lieferantenmanagement sorgen Sie für einen reibungslosen Ablauf und behalten stets den Überblick. Sie sind Schnittstelle nach innen und außen, sind im engen Austausch mit Lieferant:innen und pflegen einen engen Kontakt zu Filialen, Vertrieb, Marketing, Einkauf und weiteren internen Fachabteilungen. Sie erstellen und aktualisieren Projektübersichten, Statusberichte und Auswertungen. Auf die Dokumentation laufender Projekte und die Ablage haben Sie ein besonderes Auge.…
