In deiner Funktion agierst du als Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Businesspartner:innen und unserer Softwareentwicklung. Gemeinsam mit den Fachabteilungen analysierst und spezifizierst du Anforderungen und erstellst Konzepte. Du erkennst Optimierungspotentiale bestehender Lösungen und leitest daraus Produktverbesserungen und Prozessverbesserungen ab. Du unterstützt dein Produktteam bei der Umsetzung der Anforderungen und führst gemeinsam mit der Entwicklung Tests zur Qualitätssicherung durch. Du koordinierst die Abnahmetests mit den Businesspartner:innen und erstellst eine Anwender:innendokumentation. Du betreust unsere Businesspartner:innen bei der täglichen Arbeit und stehst beratend zur Verfügung.…
