Du steuerst die finanzielle Performance im Bereich Property & Casualty mit, erkennst Planabweichungen frühzeitig und entwickelst gemeinsam mit unseren Fachbereichen datenbasierte Handlungsempfehlungen für das Management. Du bereitest strategische Sachverhalte managementgerecht auf, nutzt dafür moderne Data-Analytics- und Visualisierungs-Tools (z. B. Power BI) und bist als Sparringpartner:in abteilungsübergreifend aktiv. Du hinterfragst bestehende Prozesse End-to-End, treibst deren Optimierung voran und setzt dabei bewusst auf neue Technologien und GenAI-Tools, um Effizienz und Qualität zu steigern.
