Sie verantworten die laufende operative Abwicklung IFRS 16-relevanter Mietverträge und beurteilen immobilienspezifische Sachverhalte wie Vertragsänderungen, Laufzeiten, Optionen und Indexierungen. Ihnen obliegen wesentliche Planungs- und Jahresabschlussagenden, bspw. die Mitarbeit am Budget und an Hochrechnungen sowie im Wirtschaftsprüfungsprozess, die Bewertung von Mietobjekten und Eigenimmobilien im Rahmen des Impairment-Tests nach IFRS, die Berechnung von Rückstellungen für Rückbauverpflichtungen sowie die Bilanzierung von Finanzierungsbeiträgen. Die Position zeichnet sich durch eine enge bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit internen Schnittstellen wie dem Rechnungswesen, Controlling und operativen Immobilienmanagement aus.…
