As our new Retail Account Manager you’ll support and develop retail partners, ensuring they are set up for success on the Wolt platform. You will play a key role in driving growth, improving performance, and strengthening relationships with our partners. What you’ll be doing Train venues together with the Onboarding team, providing them with all the tools and information to start working as soon as possible Drive and manage month-over-month sales growth of current venues and improve performance by measuring KPIs, conducting analysis, and running frequent quality and satisfaction checks Own the partner’s assortment by suggesting which products should be listed initially and continuously working with partners to optimize items to improve customer conversion Work with partners to improve…
