KEY RESPONSIBILITIES In this exciting position your responsibilities include amongst others: • Be in the lead for complaint handling processes and in time reporting • Support complex activities to identify root causes as well as the implementation of containment and corrective actions • Review and discuss 8D reports with root cause organization and approve them • Explain technical details as well as corrective actions to customers • Join crisis teams and carry out risk assessments • Support alerts and product recalls • Work in international teams across the globe and support companywide quality improvements • Work in close cooperation with local and international quality labs • Key user for Quality IT tools • Provide reporting of complaint statistics to internal stakeholders YOUR PROFILE •…
