Questions answered
Frequently asked questions
Where do the vacancies come from?
I bring together publicly available openings across EU sources, refreshed daily: government employment portals (ADEM, EURES, NAV), public job boards (Jobs.lu, Moovijob, Indeed, LinkedIn, StepStone, Jobat, Actiris) and the public career pages of large EU employers — Deutsche Bank, ING, Sanofi, Airbus, Bosch, IKEA, H&M, Unilever, Philips, DHL, Kuehne+Nagel, Starbucks — alongside Luxembourg employers like the Big Four, BGL BNP Paribas, ArcelorMittal and Cargolux. The match score is recomputed for your profile every time new postings come in.Do I need a Telegram account to use NewLuxJob?
No. The web cabinet is fully featured on its own — upload a CV, get match scores, generate cover letters and run Premium without ever installing Telegram. Telegram is an optional second surface for users who want a daily brief in their messenger. Is my CV data private?
Yes. Your CV is encrypted at rest, stored on EU infrastructure (Hetzner data centre in Nuremberg, Germany), and never shared with employers, third-party recruiters or other users. The AI processes it only to build your skill summary and match score for you.How does the AI match score work?
When a new opening is added, the AI compares it against your CV-derived skills, languages, seniority, target role and target countries, and returns a 0–100 fit score with a short explanation. The same engine generates cover letters tailored to the specific opening. What if there are no matches yet?
Brand-new accounts often see an empty matches feed for a few hours while the AI builds your profile and runs the next match cycle. New openings are added continuously and matches refresh daily. Make sure your profile and filters are complete — that is what the matcher reads. Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for, no further charges are made and no questions are asked. Is there a refund?
Yes — a 14-day unconditional money-back guarantee on your first Premium subscription, and an additional 14-day window on every monthly renewal. Email info@newluxjob.com and we refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.Which languages are supported?
The interface, AI cover letters and analysis are available in English, French, German, Luxembourgish, Dutch and Polish. The match engine reads openings written in any of these languages. Is NewLuxJob GDPR and EU AI Act compliant?
Yes. The operator is a Ukrainian sole proprietor (Stepanenko Volodymyr Viktorovych, RNOKPP 2983511213), data is stored in the EU, and processing complies with GDPR principles and the EU AI Act risk classification for AI assistants. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for full details.
