Team & Strategy Leadership: Lead a validation team (~8 people) and define the test strategy for LV products (hydraulic smart actuators) based on customer and company standards. Validation Planning: Create and manage the Design Validation Plan (DVP), and estimate validation costs and schedules in cooperation with the project team. Testing Execution: Oversee the preparation and execution of validation tests, data analysis, Measurement System Analysis (MSA), and official test reports. Equipment Management: Develop, validate, and maintain laboratory test equipment to ensure compliance with technical requirements and safety regulations. Problem Solving: Drive technical problem-solving for both the tested products and laboratory equipment.…
