At Danaher, the Red Teaming Global Lead drives adversary emulation, red/purple team operations, and offensive validation. Enterprise security strategy and risk priorities are set by leadership; the Global Lead shapes and refines the offensive-validation strategy, then owns executing it safely — campaign planning, rules of engagement, legal/safety governance, reporting, and remediation validation. The Global Lead works independently and partners with detection-engineering, threat-intel, IAM, cloud, and app teams that each own their own environment. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Exposure Management (CTEM) and is part of the Danaher Information Security (DIS) located in Krakow, Poland and will be an on-site role.…
