ABOUT THE ROLE - Maintaining accounting records in accordance with the Polish Accounting Act and the company’s accounting policies (local statutory accounting alongside primary reporting under US GAAP). - Working with an external partner to implement and launch a new NetSuite module tailored to Polish regulatory requirements. - Reporting issues and errors during and after implementation. - Recording and reviewing financial documents (invoices, bank statements and journal entry supporting documents) for accuracy, completeness and compliance with formal requirements. - Reconciling account balances, maintaining the fixed asset register, and preparing balance sheets and financial statements. - Preparing and reviewing VAT registers and tax returns (JPK_V7, CIT and other mandatory reports).…
