POSITION & OBJECTIVES: Real Estate Data & Systems Management Manage and maintain Group real estate databases and reporting tools Ensure continuous update of site data (lease terms, financial and administrative information) Create and monitor real estate projects in dedicated systems Ensure data accuracy and consistency in line with defined KPIs Prepare dashboards and validate data outliers Maintain and update real estate documentation and guidelines Cost Controlling & Reporting Prepare and analyse periodic real estate reporting at Group level Monitor and control real estate expenses (rent, service charges, building costs) Develop dashboards to support benchmarking and cost optimisation initiatives Provide input to IFRS 16 reporting for lease accounting Lease Agreements & Governance Support…
