Join our Finance team as a Regulatory Reporting Specialist and help us build scalable, high-quality regulatory reporting processes that support our continued expansion. As part of a dynamic team, you will contribute to strategic initiatives, drive process improvements, and ensure accurate, timely, and compliant regulatory reporting for the Group to the SNB and FINMA. Your responsibilities will include: Lead regulatory reporting initiatives, including process optimization, automation, and the development of a centralized regulatory database Drive the implementation of a new regulatory reporting solution across the organization Collaborate closely with other departments such as IT, Controlling & Risk and ALM & Treasury to ensure seamless system integration and data quality assurance Monitor …
