We’re looking for a data-driven, analytical, and globally-minded Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Zurich, reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing. In this role, you’ll take ownership of key digital marketing channels, drive performance across international markets, and serve as a strategic partner to stakeholders across the business — helping us achieve our goal of being the largest and most trusted au pair program in the world. This role is perfect for someone who leads with a bias for action, loves translating data into decisions, and thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.
