The role acts as the Owner's representative for planning and scheduling matters, ensuring that EPCM and contractor schedules are developed, maintained, and reported in accordance with established project planning standards, methodologies, and governance requirements. Working closely with construction, engineering, commissioning, EPCM, and contractor teams, the role provides independent review and challenge of schedules, progress reporting, forecasts, critical paths, and recovery plans to ensure realistic and achievable delivery outcomes. The Lead Planning & Scheduling is responsible for maintaining and managing the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for the assigned area, ensuring alignment with project milestones, interfaces, dependencies, and execution priorities.
