Responsibilities Lead and oversee the successful delivery of all CSA aspects of the project from design through to completion. Manage, track, and develop plans for project budgets, costs, labour resources, commissioning procedures, and overall performance. Direct the setup and implementation of CSA activities, ensuring that best-practice reporting, documentation, and scheduling systems are established from the outset. Coordinate closely with Client, Design Teams, and Project Management, ensuring alignment on scope, quality, and programme. Oversee ongoing client satisfaction, maintaining clear communication on progress, cost, and delivery milestones.
