You know what setup of our solutions will satisfy their needs, therefore, these here are your most important tasks: Backoffice Support Work with senior technical experts to create and improve documentation, gaining insights into technical standards and practices. Conduct hands-on tests in a workshop setting to ensure documentation aligns with practical application. Track and manage open support tickets, reviewing each case to check if solutions are available in existing documents, and drafting initial responses when appropriate.
