Join our growing Roland Berger AI Lab to turn high-value ideas into working (Gen)AI solutions—quickly and safely. In this client-facing role you will lead use-case ideation workshops, derive business & technical requirements and deliver PoVs and pilots that can graduate to production. Your day-to-day will involve coding in Python, building agentic workflows, fine-tuning models, conducting evaluations, and integrating data/tools via secure APIs- You will also design and integrate MCP solutions, ensuring seamless integration, observability and versioning.
