YOUR MISSION Operations are fundamental to Glovo business. We are currently building a strong team to re-invent how we want to create the most efficient solutions with our 3rd Party Logistics Partners - 3PLs. Be a key role in developing the 3PL relationship in Poland and find ways to improve the quality and scale up the solutions. Analyse partners operational performance, profitability and growth. Have a real impact on seamingless operations to deliver the best possible quality for our end-users. THE JOURNEY Design and optimize the Third-Party Logistics (3PL) framework, defining the right next steps for each partner. Support the Legal and Operations teams through diligent and meticulous management of 3PL and rider documentation, ensuring full compliance with labor regulations. Develop proc…
